Bikram Yoga gives me mental strength and reinforcement that if you keep trying, you get success.  Every time, no matter how tired I am, after the class I feel great. That keeps me coming for the class every time.


I was one-and-a-half years post partum with my third child and I wanted to get back in shape. It was so hard at first, but it wasn’t long before I was hooked and then got my father started!


Bikram Yoga has given me more flexibility, left me free of discomfort, and created peace of mind. I know I’m doing something for my spine health presently and mostly future when I’m an old lady!
